We’re planting a tree for every shelf sold, empowering the protection of our natural world. However, we’re not stopping there. We only use 100% recycled Australian hardwood, eliminating the need for deforestation and virgin timber.

Sending products around our earth shouldn't harm it. That's why we use recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging and prioritise using packaging made by Australian businesses. Once packaged, your order is sent with the aim of a minimal carbon footprint, using carbon offsetting initiatives.

Your purchase supports environmental conservation and regeneration, protecting Aussie native flora and fauna.

Our team aims to dispatch orders within three days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times can be found here and are calculated once dispatched. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

Returns are not accepted unless our team deems the product to have a major fault. If accepting of a return request, we will provide a prepaid shipping return label (to Australian customers only), and offer a refund to the original payment method, store credit or exchange.

We provide instructions for installation in your order and links to video instructions and examples. We provide all hardware required, and instructions are designed for easy product installation with a standard drill (not included).

If upon reading the instructions, you don’t feel confident installing yourself or are unsure how to locate the best structural spots of a wall, we recommend installation by a qualified tradesperson.
